Only the best! Robert was very kind and considerate. He always apologized for putting me on hold, no matter how long (or short) it was. He gave me concise and honest answers, kept me updated with what was going on during the call, and made sure that I felt valued as a customer. Robert is very “customer oriented” and just a really great person! You should be proud to have him as an employee because he is wonderful! He could sure teach some of those other ones a few things!!! I think Robert deserves a BIG RAISE!!!
