I have no regrets about OX, so far I am pleased. I do have a problem with the promises that I was given and not received. 1. I was promised I could receive paper billing, I hope I can count on that. 2. I have two (2) vehicles under OX, my wife's and mine. We were assured that we both would receive texts with BOTH email addresses. I am only receiving them. I would hope that can be rectified.

I’ve had a great survey of questions with Ramses Adalberto about if I should take the warranty that OX Care provides. After our conversation he made me realize and consider for all that would be covered, plus numerous discount options had me sold. OX Care is a reliable warranty service provider. I hope that I do not have to use their services but if I ever have to, I know that I have no worries or concerns because I’m covered.
