have had a policy with Ox for more than 5 months now. When I experienced my first breakdown, I took my car to a certified mechanic, and we both contacted Ox. Ox was able to get my car fixed and me on the road in no time. Thank you to Trevor and the claims team, y'all are doing the lords work.

I was very happy with the quick response by Evelynn M's recognizing and correcting the error that I had just corrected a few minutes earlier to a previous OX Care Rep. She stayed on the call to ensure that I had received the information electronically. Evelynn M's Professional service skills were Exceeding, and her Interpersonal Skills Exceptional and made the inconvenience less dissatisfying.

So far I have not used it yet but
my check engine light came on today so I will be taking it to the shop to see what the problem is and then I will give you a review after that be blessed and have a blessed weekend bye.
