I haven't had the need to use the service as of yet. I tried to get a free oil change at Jiffy Lube, Ox Car Care wasn't on their list. So I'm going to try my Jeep dealership next. Then I will give an actual review.

This company has the best variety of choices to make for vehicles. I love It, and it's affordable.

My innitial experience was easy. I look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship.

Had to have an oil change done on our cr-v last saturday, called ox car cares claim dept. so they pay the bill, but the office was closed. So I called the next day and sent them the invoice, so they can pay the bill

Where's my book at??? Did not received my book so, I know what's covered??, I need info???

The repair shop recommended by Ox, did a wonderful job repairing my Front right control rod. Ox took care of everything and saved me at least $700

Troy educated me in a way I easily understood, he was pleasant, informant and ox care met my needs. Never pushy like so many others.

The jury is still out.

We just signed up with OX in January so with the SUV I pray we never have an issue, but do have a program.

So far I have not had to use it but will as soon as something goes wrong! Customer service people are nice to talk with!
