So far so good. I have not yet have need of a visit to my garage. ( hopefully, not for a while!) But the onboarding process was pretty smooth. I called my garage and they do take Ox Car Care.

I bought a New vehicle and call to cancel the vehicle I traded in.
the rep has very pleasant and verified my address. It took about 5 minutes to process my cancelation. Howerver, I was informed that I had to email cancelations to get any refund but the agent did cancel my policy without any problems.
