Worst experience ever, getting the contract was pleasant, but when it came to acutely getting my claim procssed and car fixed was totally different, it's a big scam , the macanic and I did submitted all the paperwork and pictures the ajusters asked for and it was still more then a month before any answers, and the answers were they didn't know how long it would take for my claim to be approved or if it would be approved even though the contract I purchased covered the mechanical issue with my car!! I say save what you give them a month on your own for break downs, you'll be better off. Big Scam , Justmy apion

Ox Car Care is the worst after my policy was paid for I submitted a claim for a water pump and OX Car Care never approved my claim I waited over a month for a approved and finally I couldn't wait any longer and wind up paying for my water pump myself so do not buy Ox Car Care it's a scam they take your money and they never approve claims beware

GOOD JOB

My husband and I signed with Ox Car Care a couple of months ago, we have not had to use their service yet but I feel good knowing are older cars are covered. Now we don't have to worry about it anymore! Ox customer service guys are so thorough and knowledgeable. Thanks Ox 😀😊
