My 2016 Nissan Versa was being serviced for a transmission oil exchange. The tech noticed that metal was in the oil. After future testing they found out that the internal parts of the transmission were severely worn out. I filed a claim with Ox Car Care. Make sure that you keep good maintenance records for your vehicle on file. Example: Oil changes, tire service, brake service, transmission service. Basically every time you have any type of service. Because the Maintenance Department of Ox Car Car will need that before your claim is processed. Yes they did approve a new transmission for my 2016 Nissan Versa. Thanks OX Car Car.
