I can't lie, I was very frustrated with the way I was being treated when asking for the my $20 refund from an over chare on my subscription. I was so frustrated that I called back to cancel my subscription. Then Gabriel, the service supervisor, understood how I was feeling and how upset I had become by putting himself in my shoes. After speaking with Gabriel, I’ve decided to keep my subscription with Ox Car Care. Way to go Gabriel! I am not an easy man to please once I’ve made my mind up due to frustration. Oh, and thank you Gabriel!!
