Just purchased the diamond extended warranty plan the customer service I give them a 10 out of 10 . we shall see in the future how well everything else goes as far as if I need anything as far as the coverage but customer service is definitely a 10 out of 10.

I called to ask about an extended warranty for my car because of a recommendation from a friend. Derrick Scarborough was my live representative in America! That made me happy! He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the plan I’d qualify for and answered my many questions without becoming frustrated with me. Derrick explained every aspect of the plan, the benefits, the price and the payment arrangements. Then I spoke to Raul Raya Izarras who wanted to verify my information and make sure that I understood the plan, the payment, and the coverage to be provided. Derrick had explained clearly everything that Raul verified. I am looking forward to having a reputable extended warranty plan on my car. Thanks guys!
