Should have included in the initial sale of the plan, that I needed to have a 12 poj t inspection of my vehicle before I can use my plan, OR have to wait for 1000 miles have been spent before I can use my pkan. DIDN'T havd this wait period the last time I had a plan with your company. Othefwise...

Its been a month my car has been sitting in the mechanic shop now ox car care asking for pictures of my last oil change mind you I had to rent a car through Turo which I had a huge car accident i broke my ankle and my shoulder i am currently in the hospital and ox car care have yet to answer me or the certified mechanic this is very frustrating i dont think this company is for me im thinking about changing to car shield i need my car fixed sorry

Ox customer service is wonderful and so is the coverage & price. The agent I spoke to, Victor, went over everything with me from coverage to pricing. I checked with a couple other companies, their cost may be cheaper, but their plans cover less.
After talking with Victor, I was switched to a customer service agent named Gabriel who was just as pleasant. He just was checking to make sure I was satisfied and all the T's were crossed & I's dotted.
Do yourself a favor and check around with others 1st & save Ox for last. I guarantee once you compare Ox to the other car care companies, you will agree Ox is the better company.

I chose Ox Car Care for an extended warranty, they offer a plan that meets my needs at what I feel is a reasonable price. Tammy, my customer service advisor was professional and very personable. Raul kindly verified my information and was very easy to work with as well. The only reason I gave a 4-star review instead of 5 is that I felt a bit rushed to make a decision and wanted to review all the plan documents in detail before committing. I'm one of "those" people. Tammy took extra time to explain the details and answer my questions. She also explained that I can cancel at any time if I change my mind. The two of them and the service they provided made my decision easier. High-quality service is so very important!
