Previously I was happy with them but as I had some unexpected experiences come up that lead me to cancel my policy within the 30 day trial period, I was told at that time that I would get my first payment refunded back to my bank account within 30 days from January 27, 2025, the 30 days came and no refund so I called again was told from another representative that I will have my money in my bank account within 10 days, 10 days came and went and no money, so I called again and once again another representative told me it takes 30 business day from the date I cancelled from January 27 2025 to March 10, 2025 would be 30 business days, as of March 11,2025 today I had to call again and once again a representative told that the refund department was not in today and that I have to call tomorrow and a representative will check on why my money haven't been refunded I asked for the refund...

I got a Four year plan for $ 130 monthly and I only pay that amount for two yrs and I get credit for the full four years.

It was good

It's was so easy to set this and the rates are great! I am feeling very secure with my new policy.

This was a very important easy decision to answer the unknown number on my cell phone because I just checked online about OX car warranty and didn’t do anything and I get a call from them and it was a call worth answering. They explained everything to me and they were very helpful in letting me know everything I asked about. The commercials are really real

Just started with Ox car care so have not had to use them yet. However I will say the sales and service staff that helped us put together the package for my truck were amazing. Patient and no pressure to buy they simple y explained to me what my options were and gave my wife and I time to discuss our options.
