The customer service was very courteous but what I liked the most talking to them
There the first company that “ACTUALLY” listen to their recorded conversations to find out what others said to their clients. I really love that, all companies need to learn by this company. I had the BEST EXPERIENCE with a WONDERFUL PERSON at Ox Car Care. ZACH, the Claims and Customer Service Supervisor took the time to really explain and help me understand how to use my contract. I am a 60-year-old woman who is new to Ox Car Care. ZACH took the time to let me know what was INCLUDED/EXCLUDED on my contract. Now I know a bit more about how to use my contract.
