My experience with Ox Car Care was so amazing! After I had told them that I just left from being a CarShield customer and what CarShield had done to me, ox told me that they were not shocked at all and that that was not the very first time they had heard that, but that mine was the worst that they had heard yet, The agent that I was talking to actually told me that made him extremely mad. I had already been doing some research on the Internet about Ox Car Care Customer Serv and I must confess I love what I saw and I had already started questioning myself wondering if I made the wrong choice about going with Car shield and as it turns out that I did so I immediately skipped over endurance and went straight to Ox Car Care Customer Serv and now I am extremely happy because my policy is the most amazing policy I have ever seen, and I cannot wait to start using it!

The only thing I found difficult was the phone connection. There was a real bad lag in the process of communicating.
Customer service was awesome and information was concise.

Man listen (LEO WHY) is the best he have help me so much. He was very patient with me over the phone and answer all my questions during my cancelation process if you have any problems ask for LEO WHY! he will get the job done. now that's how you do business job well done👏

OX CAR agents were great. They explained everything to me and went over my coverage several times to make sure I understood.
Very patient, and extremely helpful.
I decided I needed to sign up with a warranty due to the cost of repairs going up.

It went very well so far it seems like a good deal for me at this time.
