After numerous calls, literally 10 calls or more and speaking to several individuals , to find no one really cares. I finally was connected to Harmonie, she is a Customer Service Supervisor. Harmonie really made a difference in finding out where my vehicle repair claim
stood. She has been excellent in escalating my claim forward.& letting me know the position for repair of my vehicle. She took the time to talk to (on a merged call)
the Landrover Service Advisor and give her the
information needed to escalate the my claim. Hopefully after 9 days we can get the approval to start the repairs on my vehicle. Harmonie thank you so much for your commitment to customer service you have made all the difference in moving my claim
forward. You have the right personality for customer
service supervisor. Because this is what customer
service should be like. If it had not been for you I don't know how long my claim would have set in limbo. This was first claim with OX and my experience was not what I expected. When I sign up the sales rep. Assure me A+ service as you can see this is not what I am experiencing. Please communicate with the customer rather than letting our claim just sit. Again thanks to Harmonie for caring. I am so thankful for your support and help. I WILL complete another review when my repairs are completed and you can clearly see if this is a warranty company you may want to consider!
