I just spoke with Roberto L Fransnsisco a fantastic human being my daughter has been having an issue with refilling her claim and he’s going to call her tomorrow morning and help her out with that. So he could have said have her do this jump through this hoop, but no he made sure he found out what time zone she was in and set up a time. So my hat is off to him, because at this point I’m feeling afraid to keep my policy I just opened. And because of Roberto I feel better about giving Ox another chance 🍀

Haven't used it yet but the price was reasonable

After numerous calls, literally 10 calls or more and speaking to several individuals , to find no one really cares. I finally was connected to Harmonie, she is a Customer Service Supervisor. Harmonie really made a difference in finding out where my vehicle repair claim
stood. She has been excellent in escalating my claim forward.& letting me know the position for repair of my vehicle. She took the time to talk to (on a merged call)
the Landrover Service Advisor and give her the
information needed to escalate the my claim. Hopefully after 9 days we can get the approval to start the repairs on my vehicle. Harmonie thank you so much for your commitment to customer service you have made all the difference in moving my claim
forward. You have the right personality for customer

I was very pleased with the level of care that was extended. I am a retired senior citizen and I will not purchase another car in life, so preventative maintenance for my current vehicle is top priority. Both Reps that I dealt were very informative & asked appropriate "probing questions" to ensure that the extended offer was designed to meet my needs & expectations. Accordingly, I believe that I recd the highest level of benefits at a senior discounted price. All benefits were thoroughly explained and a recap was given at the end of the conversation. I was also told that I had a 30-day grace period without penalty, should i decide to cancel the service. I was extremely pleased with the outcome! Thank you Ox Car Care.
