MY EXPERIENCE WITH OX CAR CARE IS SAVE YOUR MONEY... FIND YOU SOMEBODY ELSE YOU CAN RELY ON.. I BEEN WITH THEM FOR 1 YEAR & 7 MONTHS, THEY ADVERTISE ONE THING ON T.V.. & WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS, THEY DIDNT COVERS IT.. MY SUNSHADE TO MY SUNROOF IS ELECTRICAL/ MECHANICAL, BRIAN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SAY WHEN IT GET APPROVED, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $100 DEDUCTIBLE, PAY $30 A DAY FOR A RENTAL, & THEY WILL REIMBURSE MY MONEY BACK.. CHRIS IN THE ADJUSTABLE DEPT, WITH HIS VERY RUDE A## GOING GET SMART & SAY ITS NOT COVERED, I WILL SEND IT OVER BUT THE HOLE TIME.. HE CALLS THE SHOTS, I AM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU, BUT I WILL SEND IT THOUGH..E-MAIL CAME 2 DAYS LATER, DENIED.. JUST AS CHRIS SAID... PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY RUN TO SOMEONE ELSE, THEY SEE YOU CALLING & THEY LOOKING ON THE CALLER I.D & TAKE 35 MINS TO ANSWER YOUR CALL.. WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS THE SWEAR ITS NOT...
