The customer service that Leo provided was phenomenal! This is the second time my account wasn't found and Leo went above and beyond. I needed tow service over the holiday weekend, Sunday and Tuesday (today). Instead of canceling my policy, Leo just put me at ease and reassured me. The best thing was he called the service, spoke with a supervisor and got positive results! Leo is truly an asset to the company. There was no yelling, screaming, cussing; not negative. Just two grown adult men being respectful! And respect is what matters!
