The customer service was above stellar. My representative Mr Jorge De Jesus Ledezma reread the VIN numbers twice as it was bringing up an older car, he immediately corrected it, so the correct year of the vehicle appeared. I appreciate is information, assistance and knowledge. Also how he took the time to correct the information to reflect on the policy accurately. He gets 10 Stars in my book!!
