I called to cancel the next day after excepting a policy for 178.00 a month and decided that I couldn't afford to pay 178.00 & Ox care care wouldn't give my 80.00 down payment back, which the representative never mention 1 time in the initial conversation that your down payment is non refundable, a trick he only told me I could cancel at any time, he hid that your down payment is non refunded a trick, to keep my 80.00.

My experience with my insurance company has been a mix of positive moments and a few challenges. On the positive side, I appreciate the ease of setting up my policy and the professionalism of the representatives I spoke with. When I had questions or concerns, most of the staff were courteous and made an effort to help. There were a few instances where communication could have been clearer or quicker, but overall, the process was manageable. I value the coverage I’ve received and hope that, moving forward, the company continues to improve its responsiveness and customer support.
