I was very upset with Ox Car Care called and to cancel both of my vehicles. Spoke with the customer service last weekend informed them the 12-point inspection had been done on June 9th they told me that they couldn't find it and that I will have to wait 1,000 miles before getting my vehicle serviced. At this point I'm furious I called in to cancel both of my vehicles until I spoke to Leopoldo Orozco Yoguez a supervisor who's absolutely amazing. Not only with his expertise customer service patient and kindness he get this issue resolved for me I am a happy camper now need more Leo's at ox Car Care thank you so much Leo for the awesome service
