I have a very pleasant experience. The woman who took care of me was very accommodating.

My experience was very good

Victor B, a representative of Ox Car Care stayed in the phone with me and advocated for me until someone in the Roadside assistance department punched my information through and I appeared in their system. Victor was patient with me and the other representatives we got in contact with. My name is Don H. He stayed on the phone for 45 minutes to get my issue resolved. Hopefully, you all have more representatives like Victor on your staff.

The process was quick and seamless. They were professional and worked continuously to give me the best pricing.

It was okay but a little pushy and demanding I have used my card here in the past and this is the last chance because they did not stand up to what they said. I ended up paying for oil change and got denied twice on a repair that is covered then they approved it after the third discussion but never informed myself for the mechanic.

If anyone is looking for a great insurance coverage company, Ox Car Care is the best place to come to. They have reasonable prices You don’t have to go broke or losing your vehicle trying to fix your Car don’t go Looking around for a coverage come on down we waiting on you.
