I Have not used it yet so I don't know how I like it How can I say how I like something If I never used the only thing it dose is give me a peace of mine if I'm at the lake and my truck goes bad I got a way home

I spoke to 3 agents on his day, the third agent gave me correct accurate information that I needed. His name was Xavier. I'm hoping that you consider him for your management team. If he wants to pursue in your company, he would be a great asset. I got 3 different answers to my situation. And he was the one who finally gave you the 1 that I needed professionally kindly and sincerely. Mind you, I was gonna cancel each time. I called so again. I'm hoping that he'll stick to the $99 per month. Agreement without an additional $5 late charge or financial financing company thought out a fee which I don't believe any of that, but Xavier made me feel like don't worry, he would waiver the $5 every chance if I was late or ran into anything. God bless him.Peace be with him and I did not cancel.I decided to stay with ox care.Thank you , and here a job well done

I can't lie, I was very frustrated with the way I was being treated when asking for the my $20 refund from an over chare on my subscription. I was so frustrated that I called back to cancel my subscription. Then Gabriel, the service supervisor, understood how I was feeling and how upset I had become by putting himself in my shoes. After speaking with Gabriel, I’ve decided to keep my subscription with Ox Car Care. Way to go Gabriel! I am not an easy man to please once I’ve made my mind up due to frustration. Oh, and thank you Gabriel!!

The agents at Ox Car Care have always been professional and friendly. I haven't had a negative experience with this company. I hope I don't as I see a lot of negative experiences posted.
