Good service.

Nothing to add at this time, as I am a new member and have not used this service as yet. However, the gentleman who signed me up was quite courteous, which is what basically caused me to become a member.

The staff was very helpful but I think they should explain the service that I have now.

Boxcar care was very helpful in allowing me to start the policy for a very low price down, which was $5, but on the other hand they have tried getting three monthly payments within the last 2 months and tried convincing me that I needed to pay the first full months payment not more than 3 weeks after I started the policy. And then they tried convinced me that I needed to pay a monthly payment every month after that which would be paying more than one time per month.

They’ve notified me of things ahead of time to prepare me what needs to be done. I thanked them for that.

Very nice people and they help you a lot.

We like OX Car Care because they cover everything on the vehicle and their very fast

Your staff told me, your company was an insurance company not a teller marking,! This was misleading. I submitted a claim with my bank to receive my money back ASAP. Secondly, your company put in for more funds with out my permission.I want all of my funds back.

You all are wonderful. Everything was well explained. Best of all I really felt respected. Thank you all for the begining of a wonderful customer care team.

I have not received any papers by mail or email I need my contract information I'm a new member and I love it so far

Ive not had to use ox but I need to know if my tire pressure indicator and if a bad o2 sensor and or catalytic converter are covered under the new policy

I’ve tried to contact you several times im trying to to pay a bill I joined ox in November and haven’t heard anything from them I gave them my information now you have my contact information you can get me there I’ll give you my area code 907 in Alaska I paid first bill still waiting on rest of them… in case I need to get my vehicle fixed .

The tow truck guy was very helpful very nice and respectful pharoah was is name. And thanks ox very much for the service.

Super nice folks. Fortunately I haven't any breakdowns, but we will see if the service is as good as the representatives. I believe they will be.
