As any homeowner knows working with contractors of any kind although it is necessary can be a nightmare. My experiences with Outback were not that. I called a few companies to assist with my new deck. The old deck was obviously not repairable although one other company tried winning my business by coming in lower but using parts of the old deck to appear to be lower. This was hidden in their quote and our conversations were only about a total replacement. Their total replacement of a new deck was higher than Outback’s. Outback was honest with their quote and was upfront about what was needed to be done and their quote reflected that. Mike Griffith the project manager was exceptional. There were a few misunderstandings with expectations from the sales person but Mike took the time explained what needed to occur and went out of his way to make me happy. If you are looking for a deck to be done right, be at a fair cost Outback is your company.
