I moved to Arizona from California recently and recieved a welcome packet in the mail. I was happily surprised. I've never received any sort of welcome packet or gift from any of the communities that I've lived in prior to this one here in Surprise Arizona. It really made the community seem like it was happy to have us as new residence. We received our Our Town America package in the mail shortly after purchasing our first home. There were a dozen Gift Certificates to local business, and we have already used a couple! Finally, mail that is helpful and fun to receive!

There were a lot of great coupons in the envelope. Some of the places I have driven by, but never actually gone inside. With this new incentive to stop by some of these places, I really enjoyed myself. I appreciated the gift. It helped me unwind and take a bit of stress out of the moving process.
