We were so surprised to see all that OTA had to offer in our Move-In welcome packet. Not only was it filled with deals and discounts that you couldn't find anywhere else, it was also a great way to learn about the neighborhood. Super impressed.

Very appreciative of all the coupons I received when in a new city. This is my first time ever renting in my own and a new and scary experience. These coupons will help me save money and for that I am very happy.

They sent a certificates package which included a no-strings attached $10 certificate to a local health-food store! Excited to use it on something new I wouldn't normally buy.

Although there were not many offerings from my local businesses it was nice to receive many deals for things that a new homeowner would consider.

This company is AMAZING! I thought it was really neat that they went ahead and sent me a bunch of coupons for free or reduced priced items or services to local businesses in my recent move! If you don't receive a packets of goodies from them, go to their website and i'm sure they'll be willing to send one out if you've recently moved! GREAT DEALS!!

I received my new mover packet about a year after moving here, so it was a little late. Although, the coupons/gift certificates were still very helpful for the places we were already using. Four stars for the delay in receiving the packet after moving.

I was completely surprised when I received my "welcome" package after moving 1400 miles to a new area that I was somewhat unfamiliar with. The gift certificates contained in my welcome package were more than generous and they not only helped me financially but they introduced me to places I would have otherwise never known about. I am grateful that I opened this envelope.

giving our coupons for different businesses is a great idea, most people like when they have a deal or something free, I think it helps them build up their business. I could not click on refer a business I would like to refer you add Cub also I would like to see a Cracker Barrel restaurant open in Champlin, They have great food and good prices only only have one in the whole state of Mn. I think it would bring business into Champlin.
