I rather enjoy getting free gifts as well as more insight on local media and entertainment. This welcome letter was A nice surprise, it had many offers available for myself and the family to use , all in all this was a great way to welcome us into the neighborhood and allow us to feel good about moving to Valdosta.

While a a few months after I have moved in, it was really nice to receive the welcome package, especially with the dunkin donuts coupon. Several of the offers will be helpful even if they are more large scale brands. I would love to see more local businesses included.
