The quality and care the groomer took with my long hair Chihuahua (Grace) was incredible! She had a sore leg and they took such great care of her! She is always nervous going to the groomer, however this time she seemed very calm when I picked her up which made this Mama VERY VERY happy! She looked beautiful and the groomer did EXACTLY what I asked for. I'm so pleased and will for sure be back! This was our first visit here. Read more >

Love these guys ! They provided great care for my Little Schnitzel Doggy while my wife and I had to leave town for a week. The prices were very good and low enough where we could afford to give him a nice bath and to cut his nails which were so long it was becoming freakish and disturbing. We also "Made him famous" on their Facebook page. The pic they took was excellent. The folks that work there were all polite and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The young lady at the front desk and I have something very unique in common...the business offers free doggy cookies for their K-9 guests. This young lady and myself are of the opinion that they are good enough for humans to snack on. To this day I still believe they are just cookies for people that they have rebranded as dog treats. TIP : The vanilla is better than the chocolate !

Every time we drop off and pick up our dogs they are welcomed by all of your staff . We had a bad experience with another boarder and our dogs were traumatized. Your staff seems to care about our pets and it makes us feel 110% ok leaving them there. My only suggestion is to play some kind of soothing music for dogs. I know it works for ours and would think it would help in general. Overall, great place for our pets as we drive over an hour to get them there. Read more >

We and our dogs love Our House Braselton. We have boarded our three dogs here for several years and they always come back home happy and still healthy. No stomach issues or anxiety which we have had problems with at other places in the past. We also use their groomer for our yorkie and she does a great job and he loves going to her which is a great sign that she is gentle with him. Love, Love, Love Our House Grooming. I work close by and can drop my dog off early and pick her up right after she’s done. They’re always quick and that helps relieve her stress. I’ve never been disappointed with anything they done to make my baby Luna look precious. Once she’s all done she prances out like a 200 lb dog! Thanks for the great work EVERY TIME!!

My fiancé just started working here and she is absolutely in love with it. The whole team there is extremely professional and generous in every way. I'm glad to see a boarding facility like this that goes above and beyond for the dogs (as I get to hear about the every second thing that goes on in the inside.) Truly is the place to have your dog if need be. If you want your dog to get loves, Our House will provide an overload of loves for your furry friend!! Our kitty has stayed here several times now. The rooms are spacious with a cat tree and window net seat provided for enjoyment. The staff is always very friendly and immediately responds with active check ins when requested. I feel very comfortable leaving my pet in the hands of Our House staff! Read more >

We brought our new foster fail, Dudley, in for his first grooming. His hair was too long, especially on his feet, and the groomer did a great job. He looks so much better and I think he will be more comfortable. Plus we won’t have to wipe his hairy feet every time he comes back inside. I’m sure he will be happy about that! Read more >
