Radar (our 3 year old German Shepherd) spent several days here for the second time this past week. We love Our House for boarding Radar. It is so clean and always smells pleasant. Everyone we speak to at Our House is upbeat and pleasant. We never like having to leave him behind when we need to travel but sometimes it is necessary and we always feel at ease leaving him here. My girl Lola is timid and anxious when away from home. She does well boarding at Our House. I love the nature walks for her, as she is the kind of girl that needs a good walk for a potty break and to get out her energy. The staff is caring and communicative and attentive to special directions, medication administration needs, etc. She would still rather be home, lol, but Our House is a place I can leave my Lola with confidence that she will get the care she needs and will greet me with a smile on her puppy face when I come to pick up. <3 Read more >

They took my 3 dogs, set them in their run and said they had fun all week long! We had outside play everyday. When I picked my dogs up today, they were ho-hum. The staff at this facility goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of our German Shepherd puppy. From the moment we walk through the door, they greet us with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. Their friendly demeanor instantly puts us at ease, knowing that our furry friend is in good hands. Not only are they friendly, but they are also incredibly helpful. They take the time to answer all of our questions. One of the things we appreciate most about this facility is its proximity to our home. It's such a relief to know that we can easily drop off and pick up our pup without having to travel long distances. This convenience has made our lives so much easier, especially during busy workdays. The staff is very friendly and caring for your dog. They tend to your dogs needs. I left my dog for 1 day and when I picked her up she seemed very relaxed and happy. OHB has been nothing but wonderful with our 10 month old doodle pup! She get so excited when we ask her if she is ready to go to "school" in the mornings! She has started to learn how to play with other dogs and this is helping at home with her senior sister! Orla and The Martins love OHB!❤️

The staff at Open House was incredibly friendly! It was nice to be greeted by smiling faces that truly seemed to care. They were not able to bathe one of our dogs due to him being skittish and even called and left a sweet message, so we would know before we picked them up. I would not take my dogs anywhere else. I am very picky and our house has been very diligent about my dogs care. My dogs know the staff and is always happy to go.
