We have been using Our House Braselton for the majority of this year. Whether for boarding, grooming or obedience school we have been very pleased. Our dog LOVES to come here and play with all of the staff. Carter has done a wonderful job of training Hurricane for us. Two weeks in-house with Carter and he is a perfect gentleman now! I don’t worry when she’s on her vaca stays here! She gets cuddle time , she loves her window suite, and when I pick her up you can tell she’s been very loved on . The employees are all very nice and I get her groomed there on pick up day as well. I highly recommend

We love Our House Braselton! Sophie and Tate are always so well taken care of by the staff; they are always happy when we take them and happy when we pick them up. After their grooming they always feel so soft, smell so good and Sophie always looks adorable with her cut. Read more >

Took Our House up on their “apprenticeship special” and brought both of my small dogs in for the full service experience. They were both adorable when I picked them up. Easy drop off procedure with a large time window. The staff was courteous and very easy to deal with. Read more >

Our House Braselton always does a great job grooming our German Shepherd. She sheds like it is her job, but no matter which groomer on staff attends to her I am pleased with the results. I've paid less for grooming elsewhere, but I bring home a half brushed, perfume covered pup that still sheds clumps of undercoat. You and you dog will be happy to have them at your service! I started taking both my dogs here about a month ago for regular daycare and have been so incredibly impressed with everything.

All of the staff members are so kind & welcoming and you can really feel how much they care about your dogs! My pups always come back to me with big smiles and exhausted from all the fun they had during the day. When I had to go out of state for a week, I felt very at ease with boarding them here. I took a tour of the facility beforehand and there are ton of room options available depending on what you're looking for, all very clean and sanitary.

I drive a little bit to get here but for the service you get (at an extremely reasonable price), it's well worth it. To all dog owners out there, I would highly recommend giving Our House a try! Read more >

Such a great experience!!! Amazing customer service! So happy that I was able to set up my appointment through email for a Saturday appointment. Even verifying vaccines and all.. it was a seamless process. As not all days at work allow me to be able to pick up the phone and make an actual telephone call! I even blew my appointment time on accident and they still made it happen! The treats in the lobby are the cutest …Top it all off Wankel looked adorable at pick up!
