We booked a reservation back in March for Oct 9th to Oct 16th. Unfortunately, my wife's father had to have emergency surgery and ended up with a complication that prevented us from going out of town on vacation. We explained this to the staff and they were very understanding and willing to work with us to cancel the reservation. We appreciate it very much! My fur baby loved her first playday at Our House. They treat her well and she willingly goes in and happily comes out. Since she is an only dog, she needs to socialize. She is quite submissive and I don’t want other more alpha dogs taking advantage of her so this socialization is crucial for her well being. She will be back on a regular routine. Read more >

We’ve been getting our dog groomed here for a few years now since moving to the area. Obviously prices have gone up considerably the last few years but I don’t think you could find a place with better service, facilities, and care for your pet for what you pay. The groomer does an amazing job cutting doodles and she does an amazing job if we have any specific requests like cutting shorter around her eyes and paw pads. Highly recommend. Read more >

My dogs came from the pound and one has severe anxiety which has to be medicated. We searched and searched for a place with accommodations that did not resemble the pound. We have been thoroughly impress with Our House Braselton. My dogs received upscale accommodations and excellent care while staying there. It was worth the money to have the peace of mind knowing they were in a clean, supervised, and well maintained facility. The staff all seemed to be so caring of the dogs and understanding of us as we had never left them before. We feel so blessed to have found this place and will definitely use it in the future. We love Our House - Braselton. We recently had to leave our two dogs there for about 6 days. While the dogs were extremely happy to see us when we picked them up to return home, they were energetic and seemed happy - and they slept for 3 days. :-)

My 5 yr old terrier mix is a rescue dog and has separation anxiety. This was his first time boarding. The staff was very professional and reassuring, which was very comforting. The process was very organized from reservation to the end. Everything went smoothly for the 12 day stay. I had him shampooed and nails trimmed, he looked great when I picked him up. We have two beautiful dogs one rescue and the is other a breeder “runt”. the dogs were great until we were hanging out at a park and an off leash Rottweiler charged us. Our dogs reacted and in the chaos they turned on each other. They were never the same since and had been relegated to either being muzzled every moment they were together or constantly separated. Even our vet said there was no hope, so we set up a system of baby gates and muzzles so we wouldn’t have to choose between our puppies or worry about their safety.

When we moved to GA I looked up local trainers hoping we could find a way to at least get the dogs better trained. Smith Farms/Our House not only agreed to train our dogs they gave us hope that something better was possible. They spent time building a relationship with our dogs and learning what behaviors were causing the underlying problem.

Our House Braselton (formerly Pets Inn Suites).
We have boarded a member of our family (Maximus) a GSD and he has been very happy with numerous stays of 3 to 8 days. What we noticed is he doesn't eat as much when staying away from home so sometimes we have extra food returned.
The staff has ALWAYS been responsive and professional. To us we have the utmost confidence in boarding our German Shepherd Dog with Our House Braselton and plan to continue our business with them in the future.

We have been taking our dog (cockapoo) here for 4 years and each time for a 7 day stay. I cannot speak as to what happens when he is there because he can't talk lol, but I know for a fact that our baby has always come back to us in perfect condition! We will continue to use Our House Braselton for our boarding because I have never seen any reason not to trust them with our baby! He is a pretty anxious boy, and has trouble eating when we are away, but they always give a little parmesan cheese sprinkled on his food to make sure he eats! He has never coming back looking like he has lost any weight or mistreated in any way whatsoever. I am sorry for what happened to the person that left such a horrible review, but that has never been the case with us, and I thought it was important to post our experience. Read more >
