Our Ever Loving Life

I started the KETO change of life on January 3 2018. My previous lifestyle with eating was very overwhelming and extremely burdensome. I was experiencing some crazy sugar problems which led me to diving into a world filled with carbs and sugar. My blood sugar would drop if I failed to eat every couple of hours. Needless to say I was putting on quite a few unwanted pounds. Before I knew it I was at 245 lbs. I was getting depressed about the fact I had revolved my life around food, instead of the more important things. Today is January 29 and I am currently weighing in at 220. My mind is blown at how effective this KETO lifestyle has changed my whole life. I am really amazed how I can still enjoy my favorite meals and still loose weight, and feel full. I can face each day now with the burden being lifted of the worry about my sugar dropping and constantly eating. I'm truly blessed and thankful for Kevin Davis for his concern and guidance he offers his patients. This has been a true game changer for me, and I'm absolutely loving it. I would encourage anyone and everyone to apply this to their lifestyle. God bless
