I found Paragon Wellness Center after having lower back pain that wouldn't go away. Although my pain had somewhat decreased before my first chiropractor visit, I was able to recover quicker with their therapies and adjustments. They provided exercises that helped strengthen back muscles. After several visits, I do have better posture, a stronger back, and significantly less frequent back pain.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They're upfront with billing and let you know how many visits your insurance will help cover. I've never had any issues.

I really loved how kind and personable ALL employees were. It made for a very pleasant experience and I looked forward to future visits because of it. I appreciated how thorough the chiropractor was as well in explaining what was wrong with my body and what he was going to do to fix it.

Paragon is a home away from home where both Dr. KAY and Dr. ABBY use their incredible skills and sweet attitudes to help heal my life long pain from polio as a child. My pain level is going down, and as I improve, my home exercises are different. . I wouldn't want one change in my treatment at Paragon.

Everyone at Paragon Wellness Center is super friendly and welcoming, and they're very concerned with making sure patients are comfortable and taken care of. Treatments are very flexible and focused on individual needs and preferences while also prioritizing improvement and progress toward overall wellness. My pain and discomfort may not be totally gone, but it's definitely much better than when I first came in! :)

I have been going to Paragon Wellness (formerly Osmon Chiropractic) for approximately 8 years. They have been very helpful with all my back issues. Recently I’ve had trouble to the point that I couldn’t walk or sit. They took new X-rays to find the root of my problem. They changed the way they adjust me to make the most of my adjustment and to not injure my back further. I have had a huge success with my back. I’m still in the middle of my care program, but I’m confident that they will get me back to normal. The staff is very friendly, and they take the time to answer any questions I might have. I would recommend them to anyone. This office has also helped me get off of my acid reflux medications by finding the cause of it and helping me adjust my diet so that it doesn’t come back. I feel so much healthier, and I don’t have digestive problems anymore.

From the moment I walked in till I left, I felt like my concerns were addressed. Dr. Abby Wade was very insightful and informative. She also took the time to listen to what I felt was going on and every time something was being done, I was given a heads up to prepare myself. All around, I felt very taken care of and heard. I will definitely be coming back.

I love Dr. Abby and Dr. Kay. Both are great.

Every time I have a migraine, they’re able to get me in quickly to see either. Both of them give me an adjustment and can lessen my migraine from pain of 10+ to a pain of 2-3 every time. It helps so much.

I sprained my ankle, and they were both able to adjust my ankle joint to relieve the pressure.

I am in today for a regular appointment, but have been having a rough time with my left shoulder. I can’t wait to see how Dr. Abby works her magic! ✨

This is a peaceful wellness office. All the staff are pleasant and kind. The environment is clean. The doctors know what they are doing. My first visit I could barely walk. Now I’m walking with little pain feels like I have my life back. Thank you!

I am so impressed even after just 2 visits to Paragon. I walked in 2 days ago with severe pain and lack of mobility from many years of working a physically demanding job, looking for some sort of way out of my daily struggle. They went above and beyond to work me into the schedule for my first exam the same day. I then returned the very next day for my first adjustment. I felt immediate relief and can’t believe I didn’t make the decision to improve my quality of life sooner! I now have a clear and concise plan laid out to regain my mobility and comfort and I’m excited to move forward in this journey.
