Cheryl was very nice and patient with my mom. We had specifically asked for shutters, but she steered us to the sun shades. I do think this was a good option, but she recommended that the large middle window be one piece. I went with that recommendation. There is an air duct going out that window for a cooling system. This middle shade can never be closed completely. It should have been 2 shades so that only one section doesn’t go all the way down instead of two. I relied on Cheryl’s expertise on what the best setup should be and I’m a little disappointed with the finished product.

I enjoyed working with Jackie Orly very much. She provided multiple fabric options and we were able to pinpoint which ones worked best with our home design and color scheme. She understood my vision for the design and helped create the perfect window treatments. Both the drapes and the kitchen faux Roman shades turned out amazing. The workmanship was excellent as well as the installation process. Overall she was very responsive and I would highly recommend Orlys for all of your window treatments.

Jackie did a great job at selecting beautiful fabric choices for our home. Once we narrowed down the selection we received samples to confirm color within our home. The design process was also very seamless. Finally from production to installation it all came together as promised. We love the final product. It’s beautiful and extremely well made.

I ordered custom drapes from Orlys for my retail business - the sales team was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting the best fabric, hardware, and construction for the location and function of the high traffic area. I was pleased with how many fabric and finish options I had to choose from. The craftsmanship was beautiful - I could not have gotten this level of quality and durability online. The office team was prompt and responsive and provided frequent order updates during the process. I had a tight turnaround request due to my shop opening and they were able to process my order, make the curtains, and have them professionally installed within 8 days - highly recommend!

My new window treatments from Orly’s Interiors were just what I needed in my new master bedroom suite. The owner came out with samples and spent a lot of time for me to go over materials, letting me pick my favorites, and then narrowing down further. She was so helpful in suggesting ways that the window treatments could tie the whole room together with my new construction details I had installed in the room already. She recommended hanging the blinds well above the height of my sliding glass door, something I never would have thought of on my own. The increased height really makes my room seem more spacious, more luxurious, and more elegant. She also made her recommendations based on how the fabrics will look during the day versus at night. That’s why I’m giving Orly‘s Interiors five stars. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
