This was the easiest process I have ever experienced. Steven Michels was very professional and communicated well so I never missed any steps along the way. It was not for him, I am sure I would have been super stressed out and wanting to pull my hair out. If you need a mortgage loan, go to Steven Michels, you WILL NOT be disappointed! Steven Michels is the best lender in Wichita! He's honest. If he thinks you'd be better with another lender he'll tell you. He's also not like other lenders that just work banker's hours. You can call & text him after hours (yes he'll give you his personal number!)
However if the Kansas City Chiefs are playing then it might be best to wait until the game is over : ) Seriously, he is the best and probably hardest working lender I've ever worked with...and he produces results.

WOW! What can I say about this Duo David& Monica. I believe they were Heaven sent, I tried to go through an online mortgage company and it was the worst thing I could have done. I never applied for a home mortgage before so I was totally illiterate to the process. But, My realtor told me about David and the rest is history 😂.
