A great company who has been more than responded to my needs. I had a sewer line leak below my wooden sub-floor and their timely response, professionalism and ability to pull back the carpet and pad in my basement in a respectful manner is greatly appreciated. In addition, as additional carpet needed to be pulled back to gain access to the sewer line, they returned Sunday morning and did the additional work. Excellent.
We used this service for cigarette smoke mitigation in a new home purchase. The smell was bad (to me). Unfortunately, seller painted over cigarette walls and installed new carpet, just to keep smoking during the transaction. The smell was very bad IMHO. We had several companies come out for estimates, and most said they could not guarantee they’d get the smell out with typical ozone treatment. Then we met Doug. He immediately advised that ozone was not the correct treatment for our needs, since walls were painted over and new carpets were smoked on. He’s the only one who recommended an alternative product, vapor gas, to combat tough odors in our new home.
Doug was on time, with great communication. He was courteous, even brought bin my Amazon packages. And 4 days later … zero smell. I am so thrilled with this treatment I want to announce from the mountain... Read more >

Doug did a great job cleaning our carpets and 4 large area rugs. He even got out some stains that we had tried stain removers on. Doug and Debby are very conscientious and focused on doing good work. Doug called two days later to make sure everything looked good and that the stains came out, and even told me that if the stains return to let him know and he will take care of them. A fish tank had sprung a leak and damaged my carpet - to clean up the water damage a cut was made in the carpet - Only The Best came over - fixed the cut and cleaned up the water damage such that I was unable to tell where the damage was. Read more >

I have never had such a positive experience when working with a company. For starters, the communication was amazing - I know absolutely nothing about carpets, they did such a good job explaining the process to me that I felt as though I was an expert myself. When the day of my appointment came around, I received real time updates regarding their time of arrival.

Once they got down to business and began pulling the carpet back, it became apparent that the problem was significantly worse than I anticipated - immediately my heart dropped, as a broke college student I was on a tight budget and desperate to get my carpet fixed.
