Overall a very detailed inspector, picked up a number of things that i missed during the course of several walkthroughs. He went over everything he found in his report (very detailed as well) I gave 4 of 5 stars because there was 2 things he missed that I found(we're both human) that i pointed out and he explained what the likely cause if those issues were. This was my second home inspection experience and it was far better than the last. Overall a very good inspector.

Steve is wonderful to work with and his reports are very detailed. He explains everything in terms you can inderstand. My husband and I have used him on several occasions and highly recommend him.
Steve is the absolute best home inspector in Oklahoma! Steve is honest, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. As a realtor, I always recommend Steve and as a home owner, Steve is the guy I want inspecting my personal home when I buy a new home!
