Overall a very detailed inspector, picked up a number of things that i missed during the course of several walkthroughs. He went over everything he found in his report (very detailed as well) I gave 4 of 5 stars because there was 2 things he missed that I found(we're both human) that i pointed out and he explained what the likely cause if those issues were. This was my second home inspection experience and it was far better than the last. Overall a very good inspector.
