We’ve been taking our kids here for over 5 years now, and it has been the best pediatrician experience ever. Dr. Yami is phenomenal. She truly listens, and is thorough in her care and communication. She cares about all aspects of children’s health and well-being. We have so much peace of mind knowing we can easily reach her in an emergency. The office is bright, clean, and cheery, and everyone there is friendly and caring. We’re so lucky to have our kids cared for by the best!

Dr. Yami and Susy are so wonderful to work with. Every step of the way we have felt cared for and taken care of. They have made the tradition into parenthood less daunting for our kids health. Best doctor experience I’ve ever had. You can’t beat how personal this wonderful one doctor practice is. Dr. Yami is wonderful and she actually gets to know my kids, vs the big pediatrician offices where the doctor can’t remember your name. You only interact with the doctor, no nurses which is great and there is no waiting! We feel very lucky to be able to come here. Cannot recommend highly enough

I first encountered Dr. Yami when she came and did a series of nutrition classes at my office. I was mesmerized by all that I was learning and how it could improve my overall health and well-being now and into the future, AND it was presented in a fun (and tasty) way. Later I started attended cooking classes at Nourish Wellness and eventually signed up to work with Dr. Yami as a wellness coach in her new Warrior Woman Wellness coaching program. I cannot say enough good about my experience. It truly has been life (and health) changing. Highly recommend.

Seriously the best experiences we have ever had at a doctors office! Dr. Yami is so personable and you can tell she truly cares about each and everyone of her patients! Her office is great and as soon as you walk in you can smell the calming scent of lavender diffusing, there’s fresh fruit, water, coffee and tea for those who want some! Definitely won’t be taking my kids anywhere else and will recommend her to everyone I know!!

We are very thankful to have found a pediatrician that not only offers excellent wisdom and care for our children’s health but also listens us as parents. Having a doctor who is available when we need her is also wonderful and sadly hard to get used to after being used to never being able to get in or hear back from doctors in the past.

We always get our appointments on time. There is never a wait once we are there. The appointments are never rushed. Dr. Yami listens to our concerns and genuinely cares for the children's well being. She provides great nutritional advice. She is patient, gentle, and loving! Great Place to learn about Veganism. The dietitians here are very helpful and friendly. Oh, there are also Granny Smith Apple Trees close by the parking lot with lots of FREE tasty apples!

Dr. Yami is such a wonderful asset to the Yakima Valley. She brings a natural, healthy and well balanced approach when it comes to the health needs of a child. Her kindness and compassion for what she does in the pediatric world is so positive, refreshing and helpful. Dr. Yami has developed her pediatric practice with intention and compassion. She is a total patient-centered physician. This means that your needs come first rather than what corporate health care requirements. She combines wellness and medicine in a thoughtful, wholistic, and fun way. So yes! Your kids will end up loving going to see their doctor _and_ eating their veggies. Dr. Yami supports good health and wellness skills for life.

Our family feels very blessed to have found Dr. Yami! We have two children who have been seeing Dr. Yami for about 5 years and could not be more pleased with her as a pediatrician. Foremost, she knows our children well and takes ample time in all of our visits. She is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and is great with children. In addition, her new clinic is absolutely amazing! Last, we love her philosophy as a pediatrician that addresses our children's overall health (not just illnesses). I have told several other families about Dr. Yami and they all enjoy her also.

Extremely amazing experience! She has helped me reduce my blood pressure from 170's/90's to 120's/80's in less then 5 weeks, with just diet!
She has also helped many of my family members, including myself adopt a plant based diet. Considering I was eating more then 10 pounds of meat a week, she has made the transition a breeze.
Yami also has been my daughters pediatrician for almost 6 years & she has taken amazing care of her as well.

What a difference! A beautiful, relaxing, child-friendly setting with a caring and knowledgeable physician. After our visits I have received emails with links to more information regarding topics we discussed. Easily available for questions or clarification. My kids love Nourish Wellness and so do I!
