Nourish Wellness

My three children have been going to Nourish Wellness for several months now. We have had a great experience. Dr. Shockley is thorough and provides great care. My children feel very safe and comfortable with her. Whenever I have a concern, I either call or use their texting system and my questions are always answered quickly. When my child was ill, they made sure to get him seen right away. I highly recommend this clinic and feel thankful that my children get the care that Nourish provides!

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful Dr. Yami and her entire staff are. Not only are they extremely helpful and kind, they are beyond easy to get ahold of at any time. Their office is clean, bright and a place my daughter looks forward to going to. Thank you for being such a reliable part of our Yakima support system!!!

I became a mom to twins this year. Dr. Yami since day one has been so helpful with all my questions and understanding and respectful of my wishes as a new mom. When the twins were newborns and I had baby A still in the NICU being able to text with questions was such a relief. I also want to acknowledge Alejandra and Monica for always being so kind as well with the rest of the team. Everyone at Norish always makes you feel at home!

Amazing professionals.

We’ve been patients with a different clinic for 10 years. After having my second child we knew we had to look for a different place to help with patient care. After many recommendations we had our first visit with Nourish Wellness and it was a great experience. When I walked through the front door I was greeted by friendly faces, and was taken back so quickly. Marissa was the one who took us back and she welcomed us with a big smile, and was very professional. The pediatrician was amazing and I look forward to our next visit!!

We’ve had a wonderful experience transitioning my kids’ care to Nourish Wellness. Moving to a private practice clinic can sometimes feel overwhelming due to uncertainty about whether it will be a good fit, but this team has made the transition relatively smooth!

Areli and Marissa have been exceptional—from a seamless check-in process to working together to complete vitals for both of our kids at the same time, which made everything much easier. They also shared laughter with the kids, helping them feel comfortable in a new environment. Their teamwork and kindness truly stood out.

Julia and Dr. Shockley have also been excellent. They took the time to answer all of our questions and addressed every concern we had about our children with patience and care.

We LOVE Dr. Yami and all the staff at Nourish Wellness. Every one is kind, friendly, and seems to genuinely enjoy their work. Being able to contact our provider after hours if needed has been such a relief as parents of a toddler and infant. We’ve received excellent care at every appointment

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Courtney during our well-child check. She took her time, never made us feel rushed, and thoughtfully answered all of our questions. We really appreciated how thorough and attentive she was. Monica’s technique for giving vaccines is excellent—calm, efficient, and made the experience much easier for both our child and us as parents. We felt heard, supported, and confident in the care our child received. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my kids to Dr Yami at Nourish Wellness for 7 years. We love the friendly staff and quality of care they provide. I like the flu shot days they do which make the experience more fun for the kids. They truly care and make sure your questions are answered even if you need to call in after hours which is good peace of mind. 100% Recommend!

We’ve been with Dr. Yami for 6 years! Our son was born premature and has a very complex medical history with special needs and she’s walked with us every step of the way! From being discharged from the NICU, multiple surgeries and various specialist visits in Seattle, Dr. Yami has been through it all with us. Her knowledge and willingness to find answers is so relieving! Sick visits are same day if I text and need something urgently and I don’t have to worry about waiting in a lobby for 30 minutes to get him
seen. So very thankful for her referrals to the experts for more involved care, her continued support for our son and now baby girl, and her entire staff for helping make every visit as positive as possible. Love them all so much!

We are so happy to be a Nourish Wellness family! When we moved to town & needed a new pediatrician for our 3 year old we found this office and have been so happy with the care we have received. We welcomed a new baby last fall and he's had all of his appointments with Nourish team. From well child visits, same day sick visits or even just a quick call to touch bases when I need a little reassurance about something- they are always so quick to respond, flexible, fast to refer to a specialist if we need AND great at reassuring me in my parenting as well. We couldn't love this team more!
