Buying a home is nerve-wracking enough without having to worry about something getting missed in the home inspection. These guys went over every little detail they found, and I feel completely confident that we won't find any hidden surprises when we move in. They were thorough, professional, enjoyable to talk to and completed things in a timely manner. He was happy to explain what he was seeing as he went along, and everything was VERY well documented in the inspection report. And that report - 60 pages long - was ready the next day!

Very thorough examination of the property inside and out, including going into the crawlspace under the sunroom. Inspector (Kurt) detailed his findings using simple terms and provided answers to any and all questions without hesitation. Inspector made himself available throughout the inspection, was very friendly and accommodating, and treated us with respect. He also stayed longer after completion of the inspection to answer questions over the phone with parties who could not attend in person. Norway Hill Home Inspections preformed an inspection on a commercial piece of property late yesterday and we were able to access it early this am.
