North Carolina Boys Academy

I honestly don’t know where our family would be right now without the help we received from NCBA at a time in our lives when it felt like our world was crumbling. Trying to navigate life while in complete despair over our adolescent son’s road to destruction was more than we could bear. Pastor John and Deralyn partnered with us and taught us godly principles to guide us through this battle for our son! NCBA is very intentional about not only discipling the boys that desperately need help, but they also include the families every step of the way. The gospel of Jesus Christ and His infinite love for us is the backbone of all that is taught through this incredible ministry. Learning that we could trust our son to Jesus’ care and that we really never had control over his actions in the first place, gave us immense hope for his future ( and ours as a family as well.). The suffering is very real and the life of a disobedient child is filled with grief and pain. But, there is such beauty and peace that comes when families and their sons completely surrender to the Lord. I’m thankful that God placed NCBA in our lives at such a critical time in the life of our son. We will be forever grateful to Pastor John and Deralyn for honoring the tremendous call in their own lives to help wayward teenage boys. Well done!
