The cleaners that come to my home from Noriko's are always friendly, and thorough, ask questions if they're not sure about cleaning something. Noriko was very flexible about coming up with a cleaning plan that I could afford on my fixed income, when I first started with her a number of years ago, and her charges are very affordable for me and have increased minimally since then.

I love Norikos Hoise Cleaning because they work with me and understand the particulars of certain requests. My only issue is that the main areas that I have pointed out the last time (fans, intake air ducts and the wall in the guest room) which were over looked. Noriko's has been consistent and generally punctual in the arrival time scheduled. They have been willing to work with our schedule when we give plenty of advance notice. We appreciate thorough cleaning. For a couple of years we enjoyed the same cleaner, though recently Noriko's has sent different cleaners each month, including some new "trainees." They have all cleaned well. Some take a little longer than others, but that's okay. We recommend Noriko's highly.
