Customer service was awesome. The CS team was responsive, patient, understanding and helpful. I love the exchange policy. It allows purchase flexibility when evaluating and choosing products according to ones trading styles. I am pleased with the many SET UPs inside the MATP bundle. It’s hard to choose a favorite but I’m liking the Smart Gap Trader the best at the moment. Tested it today in SIM and made an easy 1K +! I used to avoid the 1st 30 min of the Cash Session. I’ll continue with the testing and I’m hoping with the help of SGT I’ll be able to participate in the Open with confidence !👍👍👍
