Ninjacators has been proactive, helpful and transparent throughout the process of getting Fantastic Five bots up and running. The team effort has been impressive, including: Abigail's call back to a messageless call to support after hours, Terri's call to see if I encountered further problems in the installation process after discovering possible gap's on the web instructions, and much thanks to Chris Donielson for his patient support during my decision process. I am looking forward to successful trading and finding more reason's to interact with the team.

The presentation was well done. My only issue was with the audio. It sounded like he was talking from the bottom of a barrel.
