Ninjacators was very helpful assisting me with purchasing my infocator package. As far as the software, it was farly simple to install but on my computer it has been a little glitchy. The indicators will not always display on a new chart. For the indicators themselves there is going to be a learning curve figuring what indicators to use and when to use them. A video showing a live trading session using the indicators to identify trading opportunities would be very helpful.

Great products, that actually work! My trading has been taken to the next level since purchasing their products, and I'm still leaning all the products have to offer.

I wanted to get your smart squeeze. I called an got your discount but when I was paying for the item I forgot to put the code in. I called and emaled with in minutes. I was told that you don't give refunds. Come on I've bought stuff from you before and it works pretty good. You don't have to beat people up all the time for a small mistake like that. And the smart squeeze is working pretty good . But what you should have done is cancel the purchase and start over. And then I would be telling you that it's working well and I would be making future purchases.

Ninjacators is very responsive to any questions or problems. The exchange program they offer is awesome because if an indicator does not work how you like, you can exchange it for another at no cost.

So far so good. The bottom line is to make profit on our hard earned money. I’ve been with Ninjatrader for 3 months and I’m still in the red. Their customer service is the best I’ve experienced; EVER! And I’ve been around these types of companies for 2 decades. I’ll update as time hoses by.
