Bob the Diver

First time using Bob the Diver..we had a substantial leak in our inground, they were able to come out on same day I called.. Joey and Peter were friendly, went right to work and found problems in the light fixture and a small rip in the liner. I appreciate the flat rate, no hidden charges/upcharges.

We scheduled an appointment, The Diver and his assistant came, assessed the pool and repaired the problem. I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. The Diver, Michael, and his assistant Emily were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I immediately felt like I was in good hands. Mike came with his helper promptly. Discussed what was happening in the pool, and then dove in with his gear.

They spent about an hour here scanning and repairing a handful of small holes from wear and tear. He showed me pics and told me I should get at least another season and likely 3-5 more with this liner.

I was also emailed the invoice and the images. So glad I did this!

Bob's crew has done a few leak repairs in my in-ground pool liner over the past few years. They're very good at finding and repairing the leak. When the time came that the liner was probably in need of replacing they were great at letting me know that as well.

Winer storm blew pool cover and stones we had holding it down into pool. Bob's team fished out the cover and then the many 10lb stones. They also checked for leaks. They were on time, polite, and were otherwise very helpful, too. I highly recommnd them.

Great service. I was away and they came and took care of our leak. There was a secondary leak and they also took care of that. I highly recommend them.

I must say, I was quite impressed, when scuba divers in their gear, showed up at our house. Another person had the patch material, and as they went around the pool, liner holes that I didn’t even know were there, were patched up quick. The divers didn’t leave until they checked out all the patched holes, to ensure me, they would not leak again. Very efficient, very friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. I would call them back in a heartbeat, should I have any leaks in the pool liner. Bob the Diver and his staff are great!!

Pool had a light fixture leak for several years that required me to replace the water many times. Previous fixes failed. Michael knew exactly what to do to seal the crack in the fixture. He also inspected the pool for any other leaks and found none. Nice all around job and well done by Michael and Emily. Highly recommend for fixing pool leaks.

Bob is wonderful to work with. I called him in 2020 and again this summer for leak detection in my pool. On both occasions he was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Michael and Emily (diver and tech/helper) were also a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and even texted in advance en route with an exact ETA! Michael surveyed the walls and floor of pool and was able to locate several small holes. Together they patched 10 holes, and to my delight, they had the matching liner pattern to repair them with! They worked quickly and efficiently and provided me with a detailed report of their findings and service complete with locations and photos of the holes. I have had two terrific experiences with this company and I am extremely grateful for their assistance and expertise; I cannot say enough good things about them!

I recently had an issue with my main drain and needed to plug it off. I called Bob the Diver and they came the same day. From the moment I spoke to them on the phone I knew I was in good hands. I have dealt with pool services for over 20 years and they are the nicest people in the industry. I would not hesitate to call them again. I highly recommend.

I called them a few weeks ago and they told me to call when the pool was clean and filled. I called them back a few weeks later and they were over the next day patching and sealing leaks. Great service, nice people! I'm happy I called them.

This service was tremendous and now instead of having to buy a new liner I have an extra year or 2 , to budget and save for a new one. Tremendous individuals from management to the workers.
