Stanley Anderson did a biopsy on me and was very professional. He has treated me off and on for years. I have a complex skin condition and he has treated me kindly and is only physician I will see for dermatology. Locations are convenient and he is understanding of the pain I am in and always spends time explaining to me details. Dr. Dohner sends out great deals and pamphlets and the office in Binghamton is gorgeous. I love the front office staff and they are very kind and understanding and patient. I have had such a positive experience dealing with NY Skin & Vein in Binghamton. Caity has helped my complexion issues immensely-My skin looks amazing and Jennifer at the front desk is wonderful. She’s incredibly professional and helpful- always with a smile. I formally owned a medical office and I would have been lucky to have someone like Jennifer managing my front office. Let me first say, I had a consult back in 2019 at the Binghamton NYS and VC. However, due to various reasons, I put my treatment on hold. The consult then, was completely professional and obviously left a good impression. Now, fast forward to March 9, 2021. I called the office expecting to be put on hold, or at best listen, to this on-going message of how my call would be answered in the order it was received. Well, surprisingly, that didn’t happen. Rather, this pleasant voice on the other end said. Hello, this is Danielle, how can I help! I found Danielle, the Medical Secretary to be very professional, knowledgeable and a personality that completely put me at ease. I’m looking forward to meeting Danielle, and the entire staff tomorrow. Thank you Danielle, for being that voice of kindness and professionalism. Look forward to meeting you all.

EVERY ONE makes you feel welcome and comfortable before, during and after every visit; no matter the reason you’re there. I do NOT do well with surgical procedures of any sort, and they made the experience very comfortable. They were very transparent on the process and what to expect. I am very pleased with the help I got from New York Skin & Vein. I had an ulcer on my right ankle for 3 years and No one could help me. I spent 4 hours in the emergency room while they brought me one doctor after another . Finally I had a doctor come to look at my ankle and he knew what it was. It seems that most doctors do not know about the problems you can have in the veins in your legs. I was told to make an appointment right away with N.Y. Skin & Vein. I did and the people at this office were WONDERFUL . I was so relieved to have someone actually recognize what my problem was. I have already had my right leg fixed and it is doing great. The ulcer is totally gone.. I just had my left leg done and it is a success. The procedure is done when you are wide awake. The entire staff is super kind and welcoming from the second you walk in! I just went in to have a mole looked at and they walked me through what removing it would be like if I decided to do that.
