The staff is always so friendly. There is very little wait time when I have an appointment. They are very gracious when I have had to change my appointment date or time; they obviously will work with you! And that's just the people at the Oneonta office- Stan and the staff there are also great about making you comfortable and are just as friendly as the Oneonta office.
