I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff is here. They go above and beyond…Sara noticed that I had two appointments in the same day (due to a rescheduling on my part) and gave me the option to be seen right after my son’s appointment instead of coming back later. Cati is extremely knowledgeable, spends extra time making sure you understand the process of things and makes sure you are comfortable. Rebecca called another office to secure a product for me that they did not have at the Binghamton office in order for me to have it the next day. Dr Stan took the time to check that my insurance covered the prescriptions he gave my son. The competency of this staff is far beyond what I have seen in any office in this area. It is always a pleasant experience going here!

I came here for my horrible and huge varicose vein. Everyone is so nice and makes sure your doing ok and are comfortable. They made sure to explain everything before hand and even though I was nervous it turned out not to be that bad. I’m so happy that my huge vein is now gone! Everyone is great here and I’m thankful for the great experience.

I just got a STIM peel and extractions with their cosmetic aesthetician ShuShu, and she was AMAZING!!! I’ve struggled with acne for years now and have had multiple appointments for extractions where I’ve left bloody and bruised, but today I left with minimal worry for scarring and embarrassment. She was extremely efficient, caring, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable as she proceeded extracting with a very delicate touch. I will definitely be seeing her again, great work!

Great staff, from when you walk in the door to when you leave!
Everyone is helpful getting thru the paper/computer work. Dr Stan is very through explaining what the lumps and bumps are and what not to worry apart, unless it is bothering you. I was there for a skin check

Caity is my nurse NY Skin & Vein and she is absolutely phenomenal. She’s caring, educational, Patient, and non judge mental which is very important to me. I never used to use products to wash my face other than the awful wipes everyone says not to use.
I’m 30 years old and have been wearing makeup since age 13 so you can imagine how much damage I’ve done over the course of those years.
We’ve been doing lasergenesis treatments as well as a new skin care routine she put me on since March.
It took years to finally convince me to use real professional products, but now that I’ve had them.. I can’t understand how I ever did anything else.
I get excited to wash my face at the end of the day because it feels good.. unlike using facial wipes (in which case I would often fall asleep with a full face of makeup on because it was so much work to get it off after a busy...

So I had vein treatments performed here I wanted done months ago but was hesitant to do so due to some fears I had. Dr Dohner and his staff are absolutely amazing,caring,and so nice. They provided me with all the help and care and information that I needed and asked for. They made me feel relaxed and calm and comfortable throughout the procedures and the follow-up care. I am so happy I finally got this done and now wish I had it done earlier.

I am not big on reviewing places, but I really wanted to share my experience. I don’t want to sound dramatic, but dark circles have plagued my face all my life. They have tanked my self esteem since I was 11 years old; I have spent so much money on makeup and concealer and coverups and creams, essentially to no avail. They have been my biggest insecurity my whole life. After one consultation and a very, VERY quick laser procedure, that all changed. I had dark blue veins zapped off from underneath my eyes that dramatically changed the appearance of my eyes. Immediately after the procedure, underneath my eyes looked better with not a spot of makeup then they have EVER looked with even the most expensive, top of the line products. That is not an exaggeration. For the first time in my ENTIRE life, I went to a store with no makeup. And I felt comfortable! I cannot emphasize enough how...

The staff is so amazing, they make you feel so cared for and valued. I feel they really care and want to make sure any and all concerns are heard and responded to.

I was seen & treated by the doctor for my TMJ pain. I was honestly skeptical that this would actually work being that not one of my dentists recommended it in the 20+ years I have been living with this pain! Two visits and my pain is 99% gone, the muscles have relaxed and the square jaw shape has been greatly reduced! Staff is extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful! If you have TMJ pain, I 100% recommend!!

The office staff was professional yet enjoyable to deal with. Everyone had a great attitude. Dr. Anderson was great as well. He was quick to take care of the reason for my visit. Overall very happy I chose this office for my dermatology needs!

Very comprehensive knowledgeable and informative staff with detailed explanations regarding various procedures. Dr. Dohner is fantastic and very straightforward regarding expectations and results. It is a friendly atmosphere with a family based newsletter and wonderful extras from birthday Dohner Bucks to specials to feel great about taking care of yourself!

After struggling with Acne my entire life I finally decided to make an appointment. I was shocked at how quick they fit me in and was even more impressed with how professional the front desk, nurses and Drs all were especially Sara, and Stan. If I could give them 10
