My therapist, ,Mara, has been working with me for a couple of months, and I can see the difference with myself already. She encourages personal growth and self-reflection and always seeing the positive. I am so grateful for them and I truly recommend New Reflections Therapy .

I have been seeing Jeannie for a little over a couple of months now and I do have to say at first, I was very apprehensive on actually seeing a therapist just because felt like no one would understand or I would get judge (I don’t know I’m an overthinker) but when I meet Jeannie, she made me feel so comfortable and relax as if I knew her for years and we were old friends catching up. She has been helping me with varies of things that I needed to overcome. I couldn’t be more pleased that she is assigned to me. I look forward to my sessions with her. She is exactly what I needed. I needed someone to keep it raw and real with me and not someone just to sit there and let me talk and not sugar coat things. My husband I first started seeing Sarah a little over a year ago for marital counseling. Through our work together, we were able to get to the root of our problems around trust. Sarah's kind, compassionate and nonjudgemental way of listening allowed us to both feel comfortable opening up. Luci has helped me with my depression, self-isolation, anxiety and fears. When I walked into her office I had an acute issue with anxiety and I was immediately put at ease with her empathy, caring, warmth and understanding. I cannot stress enough the expertise she has displayed in helping me figure out not only the why but also what to do about it. Not only have we dealt with the acute incident but have also have delved into my long term issues with excellent results. I cannot stress enough the knowledge and expertise she has. Location is personal, clean and comfy. I HIGHLY recommend Karen Lucchessi who is patient, an active listener and honestly just personable cool and collected mental provider. I am thankful now more than ever for seeking out a mental health counselor, and with her I feel at ease to share the roots of my being and doing so in a space that proves my best interest.
